Well if this image shows anything it proves that now place in the US is safe from the reservoir frost conditions. I have to say that based on what I am seeing here you live in the south, where the sleet and freezing rain occurred, it is a pretty effect to look at, as to is the hazy sun starting to set lit backdrop, an that is pretty good image for what you call Poor Quality.

I live in Kentucky so this kinda weather isn't something I'm unfamiliar with. Roads sucked for like a day and now everything looks awesome covered in ice.

Well not as far south as I though, but still one state below me. I say yes it looks nice, but not good for power lines. Well I guess you could be worse off, you could have snow measuring in feet of days of layered accumulation.
