Description

I've always loved the way the sun reflects of rivers and lakes so I wanted to capture that. I don't know how well I pulled it off but I gave it my best shot. I re-worked the layout and nebula like 10 times and could never find something I was really happy with.

Woooo! So this is my very first critique , so I apologize in advance if I say anything that might upset you.

I love everything about this piece. Details of the planet are top-notch, the nebula looks beautiful, the colors and lighting look very natural, and the starfield is well done. It's amazing, very realistic.

Vision: Perspective of the planet is great, plus the position of the larger moon and angle of the sun makes you feel that you're really flying across this planet in a spaceship. It also has that classic sunrise in space feel.

Originality: The nebula in the center is a unique touch, but I've seen many images like this.

Technique: Haha, I'm dumbfounded. The technique is excellent. Great work on the planets' details, I love how you made the suns reflection on its surface, and the colors and shape of the nebula is very well done.

I want to suggest one thing about the sun though. If you dim your computers brightness a little, it looks a cold, over saturated orange patch. Using a warmer orange color (a bit more toward the yellow's side) for the streaks and some more detail around the core should fix that and make it hot
